Art and diversion was a new kind of work for me and\u00a0 I realized it\u00a0 two years ago. They were drawings having fun diverting works<\/strong> of other artists.
\nAnd then, on January 7,\u00a0 2015, awful news came and darkened the beginning of this new year. After a sudden stroke of sideration, I completed this set of digital works entitled Plan B<\/strong> and I dedicated it to all those who had just left us dramatically. Today, on this sad anniversary of Charlie’s attacks, I have a special thought for Bernard Maris<\/strong> called Uncle Bernard at CHARLIE HEBDO. I miss very much this economist, a facetious writer-journalist. He always talked about\u201dthe real\u201d economy with his own convictions, his humor and a genuine sense of the caustic formula. He argued about ideas such as happy sobriety, damages of the growth of our economies at any costs … he was deeply human Bernard, Thank you!<\/p>\n

You should listen his CAC 40 (Dow Jones) Mass<\/strong> , he dares it!. An amazing work of diversion that sticks pretty well with my own works!<\/p>\n

Usually for artists, what they \u201cpencil\u201d in, they \u201cpencil\u201d it loudly!<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n

Diverting, recycling pieces of work of others is a very common artistic approach, especially in the field of advertising.
\nPay attention, it is not a matter of painting “in the way of” as Pablo Picasso or Fernando Botero did sometimes, the aim is to produce an unusual work of art, by \u00a0using this support and its understanding. The goal is to give it another meaning so as to tell a new story.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Here is how this story has started. One day I fell or I\u2019d rather say that by chance I came across a set of beautiful reproductions of illuminations.
\nAt once, as I was buying a piece of bread, I spotted in my wallet a two-euro coin which caught up my attention due to the strange design on its front side. See where inspiration hides!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I began to mix those ingredients, but then a grating human presence added… More information on my approach in the introduction of the book “Plan B<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n
